The New Year is off to a great start and rehearsals are in full swing for our upcoming performance of All Shook Up! The great thing about all those dance rehearsals is that they are a great opportunity to get fit and tone up after any Christmas over-indulgence. Plus it’s great to get back and meet old and new friends alike. And of course, it’s time to start thinking about our upcoming table quiz!
This is always a great night out. Last year we had over 40 tables and a very enthusiastic group of table-quizzers. Don’t worry, it isn’t an entire table quiz about musicals – the question rounds include general knowledge, tv/film, music, sport, history/politics and lots more. More importantly, it’s a fun night out with friends and family and it’s a fundraiser to help us put on our upcoming show, so we hope that all our members, patrons and supporters will join us for the evening.
It will be taking place in the Goat Bar & Grill in Goatstown on Friday, 03 February 2017 (we know January is a tough month, so we waited till after January payday so we could have more of you with us). We will be kicking off at 7.30, so why not get there early and grab a bite to eat first and build up your energy for the games ahead?
We welcome complete novices and serious table quizzers, so put the date in your diaries and calendars and we look forward to seeing you there.
