It all began in 1982, when a small group got together to see what could be done for the young and not-so-young people of Kilmacud/Stillorgan/Mount Merrion during the long, cold winter months. And so Kilmacud Musical & Dramatic Society was born! In the early 2000’s the name was changed to Kilmacud Musical Society which is still how we are known to this day.
To celebrate our big birthday we proudly present A Sing Down Memory Lane in celebration of the society’s 40th anniversary. We will take to the stage in the dlr Mill Theatre, Dundrum for 4 performances from 17-19 Nov, including a matinee show at 2.30pm on Saturday 19th November.
Join the members of Kilmacud Musical Society as we celebrate 40 fabulous years of singing, dancing and delighting audiences. This show will provide you with a trip down memory lane as KMS perform a selection of favourite’s from the hit musicals that the society has produced over the last 40 years. This show promises to take the audience on a musical tour, with numbers from all musical genres.
